Delivery Coverage
BeiGoods is intended for delivery in Lebanon. That does not confirm delivery to every town, street, or building. A coverage list has not been published.
Order Processing
Checkout checks the cart against the catalog. It does not save an order and it does not start a delivery. Nothing is reserved by adding a product to the cart.
Order Confirmation
A checkout submission stores an order number and a pending status. It is not an automatic acceptance and it does not mark Whish Money as paid.
Delivery Address
The checkout form asks for a city and a delivery address, along with a name and phone number. Those fields are checked with the cart and are not stored as an order today.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is listed as a payment option with the wording Pay on Arrival. It is not a live delivery service until shipping coverage and fees are approved.
Whish Money Payments
Whish Money is listed as a payment option. The website is not connected to a Whish payment API, so a Whish payment cannot be completed on this site yet.
Order Tracking
The website does not provide parcel tracking. No tracking link is generated because orders are not stored.
Contact for Delivery Assistance
If a phone, WhatsApp number, or email is published on the contact page, use that channel for a delivery question. Response time has not been promised.
Shipping questions
Lebanon is the intended market. Delivery to every area is not confirmed.
No shipping fee is published. The site does not add a delivery charge at checkout.
